Chris Halter, G.I.T.

Chris joined ESNW as a field technician in 2022. During his time as a field technician, he gained valuable, hands-on experience in construction observation, stormwater testing, MSE retaining wall construction, foundation subgrade observations, and communication with client representatives. In 2023, Chris accepted a position to return home to the Tri-Cities to expand ESNW’s presence to Eastern Washington and beyond.

At the Tri-Cities office, Chris operates and manages the soils laboratory, develops new client relationships, and helps keep the office running smoothly. In his current role as a Staff Geologist, Chris has expanded his technical expertise to include subsurface exploration, site feasibility evaluations, and soil infiltration analysis.
